Yippee! I got to complete a challenge :o)

I have missed doing challenges...time just hasn't been on my side lately! As soon as school fired back up, all of my FREE scrappy time got sucked up by lots of other stuff!!! But every once in a while, I find a little piece of time & sneak over to my little scrappy place...my happy place :o)

I saw the sketch @ 2 Sketches 4 You earlier this week & thought it would be fun to try! I also wanted to make a card for my sister-in-law's sister, Julie, who is currently battling cancer. Thought it would help keep her spirits high to know that others are sending warm thoughts her way :o)

Laura's Sketch #36:

Here's my card:

and a close up to show the fun dimension of this card!

Got to use some fun new supplies on this: new stamps by Printworks and a 3 in 1 butterfly punch by Martha Stewart...so fun to play with new scrappy stuff!

Supplies:

Such a lovely card! I'm sure it will be so appreciated that she will know someone is thinking of her and wishing her well. My thoughts and prayers are with her.
